Appointment Policies

To ensure every guest receives exceptional care, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before your visit.

Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your treatment and become non-refundable if cancellation policies are not met.

Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments canceled, rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will be applied as the cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment to respect the schedules of other guests.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments and products, all services and products are final sale.

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and Cherry financing.
